Every 11 seconds, the Aquatic Scourge performs a circle around a certain point at its path for 2 seconds before charging the player. The item can also be crafted at any Altar and does not have any ingredients. Moves faster in all phases, spawns more Phantom Spirits, has more damage reduction, and enters phase 3 at 50% HP.
